解決 Office (含 Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 內的超連結無法開啟

錯誤訊息：

憑證錯誤，載入 SSL 程式庫時，應用程式發生內部錯誤

解決方法步驟如下：

修改登錄檔：「開始」→「執行」(或使用快捷鍵 Windows + R)

輸入 regedit，按 Enter 開啟 regedit.exe

若為 32 位元版 Windows 上的 32 位元版 Office：

機碼

「HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Common\Internet」

對「Internet」子機碼按滑鼠右鍵 →「新增」→「 DWORD (32-位元) 值」

登錄值名稱命名為「ForceShellExecute」

對「ForceShellExecute」連點兩下滑鼠左鍵，將「數值資料」設為 「1」，並按確認按鈕

或者直接將以下文字存成 W7_Office.reg
